About the program
This program introduces the basic principles of managing Indigenous public and parapublic organizations in order to provide a better understanding of how they operate and the challenges they face. It develops knowledge of public administration, resource management, and service organization. It also helps provide a better understanding of the current realities of Indigenous organizations and the management practices that contribute to effective community service delivery.
