About the program
This program is intended for people who hold or would like to hold a management position in an Indigenous public or parapublic organization. It provides students with a better understanding of the workings of public administration and the issues, realities, and challenges specific to Indigenous organizations. It develops students’ skills in management, administration, and leadership, and prepares them to manage resources effectively, provide quality services to the population, and navigate relationships among governments, public institutions, and Indigenous organizations. Offered primarily on a part-time and remote basis, the program supports balance between studies, work, and personal responsibilities.
