About the program
This program is intended for women who want to exercise collaborative and inspiring leadership, build self-confidence, and expand their professional network. Rooted in community values and development, it helps participants develop decision-making skills and their emotional intelligence, and better understand their strengths and influence. Participants also learn to define their personal brand, speak in public, and communicate confidently in various settings, including with the media.
The program is offered free of charge, except for travel and accommodation costs, thanks to partner support.
