This program is intended for managers, executive directors, and program leads who want to develop effective management practices and exercise mobilizing leadership. Rooted in Indigenous realities and values, it promotes autonomy, openness, and ownership of services from a perspective of sustainable organizational and community development. It focuses on innovation, collaboration, and celebrating achievements.
The program is offered free of charge, except for travel and accommodation costs, thanks to partner support.
