About the program
This program invites students to explore the world of archaeology and the traces of the past in order to highlight the history of the First Peoples who have occupied the land for generations. It shows how archaeologists analyze objects, sites, and stories to better understand cultures and ways of life over time. It also highlights Indigenous knowledge and perspectives and the importance of preserving and respecting the cultural and historical heritage of First Peoples.
