About the program
This program provides knowledge of Indigenous languages so that students can contribute to their preservation, promotion, and revitalization within communities. It helps students better understand the structure and functioning of their language, both oral and written, while exploring the close ties between language, culture, and society. It also prepares students to participate in translation projects, create educational materials, and conduct linguistic research while integrating technologies that support Indigenous language teaching and transmission.
